These Terms govern use of the RecallTech bulletin (BOLO) platform at recall.tech and bolo.recall.tech. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.
01 Eligibility and Accounts
Access is restricted to verified law-enforcement personnel and authorized agency or retail-partner users. Accounts are created by an agency administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
02 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes consistent with your agency’s policies and applicable Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) requirements. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
SMS Notifications
If you enable SMS notifications, you consent to receive operational text messages from RecallTech as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages may include BOLO and related-match alerts, mention and comment-reply notices, BOLOs shared with your organization, and account notices.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use the platform.

03 Content and Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit. Information in the platform should be validated through your own investigation before being relied upon for any operational or legal action.
04 Intellectual Property
The platform, its software, and its design are owned by RecallTech and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform; they do not transfer ownership of any part of it.
05 Termination
We or your agency administrator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or agency policy. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, while data is retained or archived per our retention schedule and applicable law.
06 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, RecallTech disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
07 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
