SMS Notifications & Opt-In

RecallTech sends operational SMS notifications to verified law-enforcement and authorized agency personnel who opt in. Account access is restricted to agency-verified users, so consent is collected during account setup behind a secure login. This page documents the full opt-in experience and disclosures.

How Users Opt In

Verified users are added to RecallTech by their agency administrator. During account setup at bolo.recall.tech, each user enters their mobile number and checks a separate checkbox — unchecked by default — agreeing to receive recurring operational SMS from RecallTech. SMS consent is optional and is not required to use the platform. Users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time, or manage SMS in account settings.
